Was looking at the below watch:

Thinking about buying it, but always after a slickdeal, I did a google search and found several websites selling them for far less then Macys as seen below.

But then I found the below website that is selling a replica version of the watch. But does that mean the the above websites are selling replicas as authentic?
After all, the Bulova lists the watch as $625 and Macys is selling for $506. The other websites are around $350 to $425, would it be safe to buy from them?
Or is Macys just marking their price up?
