prefer over the head style and looking for something $20 or less.

Actually some buds from dealextreme like metallic orange buds even tho theeyre buds

I personaly like and use a Logitech headset. I find their stuff to be of good quality. There's some of their headphones listed there. The link should be all headphones under $25.

If you want buds, get the Kanon MD-52's (way better than anything for the price including anything you can get at dealextreme and skullcandys)

If you want clip-on's then the koss ksc75 is probably your best choice. I want to try the kanon MP-16's to see if they are decent.. but as far as I know they are crap.

As far as "over the head" style, I am not so sure... $25 doesn't get you much of anything in that department..

the second ones are open.. btw, so, not good for listening at the office, etc.
Open is better for classical type music and closed are better for bassy music
