Has anyone here purchased any of the Disneyland Park Hooper tickets here because i have a question for you.
Is is okay for us to Purchase a 6 day hooper tickets and splitting the tickets among the family? or do we have to buy our own individual 6 day hooper tickets because it might have our names on each ticket?
also, for those who go to disneyland often, if have any tips with the park we can use would be very helpful. we are going as a family of 4 (two adults, one toddler, and one infant).
thank you

I think a 6 day hopper for Disneyland would be really excessive. Are you sure you want to be there that long? ^ days in DisneyWorld would seem short but 6 days in Disneyland would be really really long unless you are a Disney freak. Just not enough to do there. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area though. I would do 2-3 days and then venture out to the Pacific beaches, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Burbank and even some of the other parks in the area.

the 6 day hooper does not need to be 6 consecutive days. i can use the tickets 6 time anytime until jan2010

What's a Park Hooper Ticket?

There is no names on the ticket. So, yes, you can share the park hopper. IE: person 1 uses the park hopper on day 1, then person 2 uses the park hopper on day 2. But person 1 and person 2 cannot go into the theme park at the SAME time with the same ticket.
Please note: While it probably does say the park hopper ticket is valid until 2010. The park hopper ticket will expire within 13 days of the first use of the ticket.
and FYI: We did a 3 day park hopper and it was pretty fun and we were wishing we had more time in disneyland. 5 - 6 days would be fun, imo. You wouldn't have to rush and you can take a leisurely pace.
TIPS:
- RideMax is a great program (we only waited a max of 15 minutes in line on a busy summer weekend).
- Show up 15 to 30 minutes before the park opens and go straight to fantasy land (if you plan on going there) for no lines. Otherwise, during the day lines can be up to 1 hour.
- Learn how to use the Fast Pass system before you get to the park
- Our 2 year old toddler loved Autopia and the Buzz Lightyear ride. We also spent half a day on the tom sawyer island which was fun exploring. I recommend skipping the Little Nemo ride.
- Don't miss the fireworks show and the Fantasmic show. They are the best shows. You will need to show up 30mins - 1 hr in advance for good spots.
- Blue Bayou is a nice restaurant thats different from the fast food joints around the area. You will need to make reservations if you plan on going here.
Right now, I am debating on buying a park hopper ticket or the southern california city pass at CostCo (which includes a 3 day park hopper + other tickets)

What's a Park Hooper Ticket?
A Disneyland ticket that allows you to "hop" between Disneyland and California Adventure unlimited times.
