I think it's kinda funny they have "gamer" mouse pads, but I've always wanted to try one and I need a new one. Don't know if anyone here uses them but I'll listen to any recommendations and check out any deals. Had my eye on this one (http://www.xoxide.com/func-archetype-1030-black.html) but I'll look at any of them. I have a logitech G5 mouse.

Its worth it. I personally have a Steelpad QcK+ mousepad (which is MASSIVE by the way, it covers like a 18"x24" square of my desk, haha.
But the mousepad does make a difference in terms of smoothness and helping the mouse's laser get a good reading.

I use a Rocketfish Gaming Mouse Pad with my Logitech G5 and it works for me. It is much larger than a traditional mouse pad, but most gaming pads are. It's also relatively inexpensive at $19.99.

Yeah the Steelpad sounds a little too big, heh. I don't need a big mouse pad.
Hadn't heard of the Rocketfish one before but it seems to have pretty good reviews.
