Can anyone recommend a reseller rated reputable reseller where I can choose the parts to build my own desktop PC WITHOUT having to buy a monitor, printer, kb, or mouse?
I dont want to buy from the flakey jake reseller who sells crap or doesnt deliver or switches parts.
Thanks.

Why don't you look for a small computer store where you live? Most big cities have several places to choose from.
If you want to pick all of the parts yourself, you can probably also buy them and just pay this same store fee (probably < $100) to build it for you.
I think buying an prebuilt machine is a better idea though. Other than the video card, what upgrades do you want to make that a typical vendor like HP or Dell don't carry?

I used them years ago to build a computer since I didnt have time to do it myself for a friend. Their not too bad in pricing although you will never match doing it yourself obviously and newegg.

A lot of it is going to depend on your budget and preferences on where you should buy.
