I read all over the forum and I see that the best deal we can get in is at BB or Walmart.

Wait till BB have waive activation fee . Purchase the 8G iphone 3G for $199 + 2 years contract. Then cancel the contract after 14 days.

We have to pay $200 + $200 early termination fee + first monthly bills = $470 + tax. Is that a good deal,

Or what will happen if we cancel the phone before 14 days and not return the phone. Please help me to find a deal. my GF want it and I'm going to pay up to $450 for it.

I keep having no luck with craigslist (most of the post are mail order). The AT&T store told me I had to return the phone if I canceled a contract. I guess I'll keep trying CL though.

I Currently have T-mobile and plan on staying. Anyone have an idea on what package I need to upgrade to the $10 or $25?

are the craigslist ( mail order ones ) genuine ?
since they are selling them for cheaper I wonder?
anyone has experience with craigslist ones where the seller says he has like 10-20 of them?

no, craigslist is generally meant to be local. so if you get a "shipped" offer, it is a scam. if an offer is too good to be true, it probably is.
