Only deals I've had any luck finding lately are "OK" but nothing to write home about.

Best Buy has the WDH1U10000N for $139.99 (could do a price match at Circuit City who has it for $149)

Costco also has the LaCie 1TB for $119 after discount but it's got no fan so concerned me a bit.
