I see Hidden Valley dressing for $1.99 after $5 wyb 10. Reminder that there is a $1. off one bottle in the Acme booklet which I believe expires on Saturday so 99 cents for Hidden Valley Ranch... yum.

Oh and the Oral B TB are a great deal. The ones that work for the deal are on sale for $4.24...so 8*4.24=33.92-8 (2/1*4) -16.96 (4 BOGO)=8.96 get the $15 cat. Just make sure you check the UPC list...there's only a couple that work and it's NOT the ones marked 2/$6. At this point, I'm sticking to Bounty, H&S and OB and avoiding crest. Those are the only things worth going out for IMO.

So the 2/$6 brushes are definitely not working for the CAT, but the $4.24 ones are? ugh. This is such a PITA!!! :mad:

There is also a national cat deal that starts 7/11 thru 8/7 for Buy 1 get $1 onyo, Buy 2 get $3 onyo. If you have the .75/1 cpn (regional) from 6/26SS or $1 peelies it could end up being free or MM.

I found lots of Snackwell Q's on Coupon Flea Market and the prices were good. My seller marked my order placed at 3:15 as shipped today (listing says she mailed at 4pm daily). If this is true, it's incredibly fast service!

No-go on the Snackwells double dip. All I got was $1 OYNO:( I bought caramel corn and choc chip cookies. Does this only work on cereal bars?

On the other hand, my store's boxes had the $1 peelies, so I wasn't out too much.

Just hate it when something doesn't work. I even stuck around a bit to see if the extra $3 would pop, but nope

Heads up.... an Acme blogger site has it listed that if you buy 2 Malt O Meal cereals you will get a $2 coupon and free milk. I should have looked at the ad but went today thinking I was going to buy 8 Malt O Meal and get $8 and 4 free milks. Silly Me!!

I did end up getting 4 and getting the $4 back but no free milk coupon. I don't mind since my kids love the "Smacks" version of the cereal and I rarely see them on sale so $1 a piece isn't that bad.

They were out of the "Mini Wheat" kind so I may try again later in the week for them as they are one of my son's favorites.

There are only 3 varieties..and sizes. peanut butter , chocolate and cinnamon Raisin .. They are stocked with the other granola and breakfast bars.. not with the cookies..

All my Q's beep But when i check the receipt it says i bought south Beach Bars.. Could be the reason behind the beeps..

Buy 2 per transaction you will get $1 OYNO from Promo and $3 OYNO from nabisco/kraft.

The $3 OYNO does not stack.. The $1 oyno does ..

Also this promo is running next week as well So dont feel the need to hurry today.. You will be able to get the same double dip next week..

Good luck finding the bars at your store because it seems not all Acmes carry them. Finally was able to make it out to the store on Monday and could not find the cereal bars. Checked the granola bar aisle and cookie aisle. No tag or empty shelf so asked store employee and he couldn't find it either.

They did have a small display at the end of one of the aisles but all it had was the cakes, popcorn and brownie bites which as a previous poster mentioned does not produce the $3 cat wyb 2 but does give the $1 cat.

Ha! I have been on vacation too much this summer and forgot who I was talking to.

I am just starting to get back into it after 6 weeks of vacation, eating from the stockpile and shopping only for produce. I have to say it has been nice and I planned on starting again in a couple more weeks but realized I have very little lunch box food!

I think it is up to $4.50 which is much higher thankfully than the last ones I got. The last few (a couple months ago) were not enough to cover the actual cost of the milk either Acme or SR.

I have been buying milk at RA for $3.19.

It's a great drink and a pretty good deal on those. Used the overage on the snackwell's and it netted out free for me :D

Then lo and behold the coupon gods blessed me with another $2 OYNO compliments of Crest(written on it). Have no idea why unless there is a P&G deal we do not know about. Anyone buy (10) and get this? Or less and get this? Or is my store just being stupid today?

Also, keep your eyes open for the Kellogg's/Keebler school bus display. There is a coupon booklet with $18 worth of qs good until 9/30/11.

I think Acme's getting tricky on us... They've pretty much stopped using the "Knockdown" term for non-sale card prices. But I did notice that *some* of the standard "sale" tags have a small picture of the Acme store card, while others do not. I believe the ones that do not are the now equivalent of a "KD" price, meaning no overage w/doubling MFQs.

That's why my $0.75/1 Lipton Pureleaf tearpad MFQs (from Wawa) only doubled up to a $1 (no pic of store card on sale sign), while the Carolina Qs gave overage.

Also found some $0.75/1 Raisinette tearpad MFQs at Wawa. Worked fine at Giant for free Raisinettes (at $1.09 reg price). But beeped to high heaven at my local Acme (which just got updated registers). Was hoping for small overage since they were on sale w/card for $1.29 (from reg price of $1.39).

Guess I'll just have to settle for free ... and one-at-a-time ... from Giant. :lol:

ETA: Had to do some serious cashier profiling since a MOLC un-doubled my DND-5 blinkies last time. That's when I went back to scope out the rice. It worked... I got a nice cashier *and* better-than-free rice. ;)

If you're buying in sets of two you would need to buu 6 Crest to get the bonus $2 Cat. Thanks for pointing it out, I tested 2-4 and 6, so there's your answer!

No it was clarified later in the thread that the Thins are only a straight "buy more save more" deal. So they end up being .50 each with .75/1 Qs wyb 4 at a time?

The initial report of the $2 Crest ''bonus" cat was with an order of 30 toothpastes I think. They only got 1 cat. I think it's $6 or more....

6 Crests did give me (3) $1 and (1) $2 cat..

As I posted above, 6 Crests yielded the (3) $1 cats and the bonus $2 Cat. I first bought 12 tubes and also got ONE bonus $2 Cat. So buy in groups of 6 and you should be fine. Not sure why you didn't get it with 30. It does print after you pay and there is a little delay, so be slow gathering up your stuff at the payment end and watch that machine. Or, your store might not have turned something on.

Well, I finally got the bonus Crest up....I read on another board that the national cat for the crest runs till 7/31. On that note, I've got next weeks ad. At first I got excited. A P&G cat spend $20 get $5...but since the last p&g cat worked off sale prices not shelf prices I'm not too optimistic. Even with the b1g1 q's for the old spice & gillette bw..it still doesn't work out to be any spectacular deals. Here's the only 2 highlights I really saw:

I'm so torn about ordering q's for this P&G cat. Since it DIDN'T work off shelf last time...it might not again this time. But then again, maybe that was just an odd fluke (I'm praying) and this one will work off shelf. If I wait and order q's and check it first, then they probably won't get here in time....or if I order q's and it doesn't work then I'll be out the money for the q's since they all expire the 31st. Maybe I'll just wait and see if it works and if it does then buy the sunday paper. I hate doing that since it costs more than just buying the q's in sets, but hopefully I'd get use out of them since they'd have longer exp dates.

FWIW, Carolina is re-doing the packages. They're still the same weight (we all know how manuf. love *that* trick :lol:), but instead of thin and long, they're now shorter and fatter. I've been finding both kinds depending on the store.

So part of the problem might be your stores getting in the new re-designed stock. Wish I could help more. :comfort:

Yes especially at Acme! I was so excited to see them on other sites that I printed from two pc's. I didn't print from the other two in case these expire before a deal. It happens to me a lot with Acme deals and printing GM first of the month. Yippie! I haven't had CTC in months. Chex is nice but not the same for me.:bounce:

Wow, only one Acme! We generally go to the same Acme because we like the cashiers (at least most of them); and its just outside the city so, lower sales tax and nicer neighborhood. But we do have 5 within 5 miles.

I have never had any problems with Acme limiting the number of IP Qs. And all of the Acmes I have gone to double.

Acme deals stopped working on shelf price across the board a few months ago. You have to use the sale price to work your deals now :(

Cheese Totino's Pizza rolls are NOT working for the General Mills $5 OYNO deal. Bought (2) Totinos with (8) Cocoa Puffs and no cats. Cat machine was on and working as I did get $2/3 General Mills cereal cat among others.CS rang up (10) Cocoa Puffs and out popped the Boxtops for Ed and the $5 cat. Just wanted to give a HU in case your scenario was to include it. CS was going to check into it and took the product name, etc.

Keep your eyes open for a new ACME booklet called "pack to go back". My store had them on a large Nabisco display. Contains the following qs(all are manu qs and exprire 10-31-2011):

Hi, This is my first post so hope I get it right. I just wanted to confirm the Hamburger Helper deal. I purchased 11 Hamburger helpers (needed that amount to match my coupons), used $1/5 and two .75/3 c/o and got back a $5 cat, a $2 cat, and the BTFE. So paid $11 - $1 - $3 (.75 doubled twice) = $7 and got back $7 in cats.

I wanted to report that they also have changed the way coupons are coming off. (this was new to me) I bought fresh express bogo lettuce bags and used 2 75 cents coupons, but one of the 75 cent coupons rang up as vendor coupon "00" and the 75 cents did not come off at all. I was busy bagging my groceries and I am assuming the coupon scanned, because the cashier did not pause at all. It's unfair for them to submit the coupon, unless they are allowing a customer to redeem it properly. Maybe it is a glitch? I am assuming that it was because one of the lettuce bags rang up as "zero" due to the bogo sale. CS gave me the 1.50, as they did not know why it did not come off and they did not feel like going to the register to examine my coupons.

As far as the HH $2.00 off stacking, those usually do not stack, but I had heard the 5 OYNO stacks at least 3 high. HTH

They had to manually enter them at $1 a piece This makes check out longer than they need to be.. So no more overage .. With the 2nd trans the Cat did not print, but that was because the cashier did not charge us for the potatoes. CS gave us $5 cash and then we paid for the potatoes. The scenario above includes the cost of the potatoes.

Other good deals today:

1/2 lb Finlandia Swiss deli cheese (9.99/lb) = 5.09
used $1 on any Finlandia product 6oz+ (unsure which insert but similar Q in the 6/12 SS) and $3 on any deli purchase (from Acme home mailer) = 1.09 after coupons.

V8 V-Fusion and V-Fusion Tea 46 oz - $2/4 - used coupons in 8/7 SS - $1 each after coupons.

I did post a question about this on their Facebook.wall. And was told that if they don't scan they are to manually enter them .And if your store is giving you a hard time about it.. Call Acme Headquarters and they will call the store to inform them.. . Dont give up on that.. My store just put it in manually..

You can use them and the catalina will still print.

BTW, I had read elsewhere that the HH $2.00 extra cat does print multiple times in the same order. (as high as 3 for now) I decided to print more coupons and head back for another 30 boxes since I do not have to split them up. I have so much free/MM HH from past promotions, I do not know what to do with it all. I am going to donate some. I like HH, but we are a bit tired of eating it. It's such an inexpensive meal, since it is free. We just add the ground beef (not free), but use less than one pound and many times I make two boxes together to feed everyone.

My DD lots HH but only eats the pasta out of it.. ( she picks out the meat.) So i add a handful of Ronzoni Quick cook to each batch to give her the extra pasta.. The Quick cook works out great with it ..

Yesterday I bought four Edys/Nestle alone with no coupons. Paid $12 and no CAT printed.
I had a second order behind it planning to use the cat, so the cashier just deducted $4 from it. Not sure what is going on with that deal.

I'm sorry, I can't help with the Edys deal, as I did not try it.

But I can confirm, as rcbrad had stated (reps to you!), that the Hamburger Helper deal does stack 3 high.

I purchased 30 boxes today =$30.
Used (5) .75/3
Used (1) 1.00/3
Used (3) .80/4 = 16.70

Received (3) $5.00 cats and (3) $2.00 cats = $21 ($4.30 MM)

I am happy that today is the last day for this deal, so that I will not be temped to go back for more!

I am also happy to say that only 2 boxes came into to the pantry with me (and 3 that we bought last Friday). The rest will be donated to families in need :hug:
