DVI-D cable

I need a (preferably 2-3') DVI-D cable for my LCD monitor. I will take whatever length is the cheapest, though!

I realize these things can be found all over the web but I haven't had much luck finding a killer deal. The cable may be $5 but shipping is usually $5+!

I've looked on Meritline, eForcity, and DealExtreme but haven't seen many cheap DVI-D cables (unlike HDMI cables, which are almost dime a dozen now) and shipping always kills the deal.

I'd be appreciative if someone could please help me out or point me in the right direction! Thanks! :hug:
