I wanted to get an Xbox but didnt want to spend $300.00 for the Pro, and was turned off by the lack of HDD on the Arcade. I found the best compromise (IMHO), the Arcade deal from Dell (~$170.00 shipped w/coupon) and taking advantage of Microsoft's upgrade deal(http://www.xboxstorageupgrade.com...cale=en_US) , a reconditioned 20GB HDD and 3 months xbox live(~$31.00 shipped). I just received my Xbox yesterday and first thing I did was go and take advantage of the MS deal, it shipped tonight.
Total cost was $202.00.
