Dell Latitude Outlet Coupon - Anyone know about it?

From around the end of November to the beginning of January there was a 15% off Latitude laptops in Dell Outlet as well as a 20% off coupon on Latitude XT Tablets. Back in July when I ordered my XT the coupons were there too. So I'm guessing this is some long-term coupon that they generally always have up. However, there hasn't been one for about a week now. Does anyone know more about these Outlet coupons and if I can expect them to come back soon?

this works for all the latitude models and it's 20% off for the first 300 uses

I'm bumping this thread because I'm looking for a ~20% coupon for a latitude xt... It seems to me that the going price for these laptops have gone up compared to some of the deals others have posted...
