Hello everyone! I am looking for a laptop, isnt everyone? my problem is i know nothing. I have a 8 year old desk top and I just got broadband service. I have a wireless router and I would like to play on the net, stream movies and maybe download some and burn to dvd. I have a high def tv and would like the option to hook the computer to the tv. My problem is I dont know enough about computers to read the specs and figure out if it will do what I need. I would like to keep it under $500 and dont need anything fancy. Basically I need help figuring out what to get that will do what I need and is the best bang for the buck. I greatly appreciate any help! Thanks

If you are not going to play any heavy games on your laptop then look at this config

Thanks, that looks good and a good price, I play games on a xbox so gaming will not be an issue, is that a special price or everyday price? I am not in a big hurry just anxious so if I need to wait for a special i can. Thanks again!

There really seems to be a shortage of hot laptop deals in the last month or so. I've been watching.

Considering it a refurb, I'm not sure it's a great deal. Also I can't comment on the build quality of this model.
