New Home Desktop Computer ($600-700)

My colleague is looking to buy a new computer for his family as their main computer.

He has 2 children who play on the thing as well.

The computer will be used for general internet surfing, maybe some light gaming, light picture editting, etc.

Basically I know any computer recently would be overkill for this stuff but with the budget he game me, what would be the best he could get at this current time with or without monitor.

I'm using one I got today and it should last your friend for years to come since the tech is new.
