Lowes.com Coupon - who to buy from?

I am not sure if this belongs in the "coupon" section or the "help me find a deal" section.

I would like to buy a 10% coupon or a $10 off coupon that applies to Lowes(dot)(com). Not in-store.

Do you have a specific dealer on ebay that is tried and true that you feel comfy with and that sends the coupon via email quickly?

Thanks, I actually tried that last night and it has already expired. Have you purchased a coupon from that site before?

I did, and it used to had $10 off certificate also, but it seems no longer avalable.
