ipod touch 2nd gen 32gb on ebay

Hello. I'm looking to buy a brand *new* ipod touch 2nd gen. 32gb and the cheapest I have found was 365.99 + tax = ~$403.
I've been told that you can find it for less (~$250) on ebay, but I am a bit skeptical when it comes to buying things on ebay.
Anyways, I was hoping someone could find a good, trusted dealer for the ipod touch.
I have never shopped on ebay before, so I do not know who to trust and what not.

I got one for $260 shipped. It's not uncommon to see them in the 250-300 range on ebay. And that's without cashback. When it was 20-30% off you could have got one for under 200.

As for if ebay is trustworthy, i've bought plenty of things on ebay and i've never had a big issue. You should always read descriptions very carefully and ask questions if you have any.
Only buy from trustworthy sellers with very good feedback and you shouldn't have any problem.
I see a new 32gb right now on ebay for $275.
There are dozens of overpriced ones, so usually you just have to look well.

if you look on ebay check on the completed listing as it goes high in the end. they usually go around 320up + shipping, anything lower than that is either open box or returned. i just ordered mine from j&r for $369 w/ free ship (i order thru phone to use my giftcards and i asked for free shipping, they ok it), i read somewhere that it's 7% live cash back but did not bother because i have giftcards to use. it's a good deal for me since i don't pay for tax. the only thing is it's oos right now and will ship when available, i don't mine waiting because i went to some stores and they're all out of stock anyway (target, best buy).
