Canon Pixma MP130: Compatible vs Genuine Ink cartridge. Which one is better?

I am looking to buy some cartridges for my Canon Pixma MP130 inkjet printer. I have been using compatible cartridges from PrintPal before but I think they get used up very quickly. I was wondering what you guys think about compatible vs genuine ink cartridges and where do I go to buy some?
