need help finding UMPC notebook deal

the last notebook i purchased which put me into debt was back in 99 when i bought the protege 12" notebook. since then battery has long been dead and barely works. so now i need a lightweight notebook to use for business travel, but would like to have one with more *umphfff* cpu power than the netbooks.

Spec:
screen size from 10-12"
webcam
min. 1GB ram
min. 120GB HDD
weight under 4lbs with 6 cell battery
price: under $700.. of course, cheaper the better.. :lol:

That's going to be very hard for under $700. If you can't pop into the $800-1200 range, a netbook might be better, or a 14.1" notebook.

ok, if in the 800-1200 range, then what would you recommend? my budget is tight, but i'm sure there's ways to swing it.
