I'm planning on getting a Samsung 52" LCD in the next couple weeks. Price is a factor but I was more curious about the difference in a few models. If anyone with some knowledge on this subject could help me out I'd appreciate it.

My question is what's the main differences in the LN52A650, LN52A630, LN52A750, LN52A850, LN52A860 and any other Samsungs that are like these.

I would like 120hz but if there's something close for a lot less then I would consider the 60hz.

Thanks in advance

These are all fairly similar sets. Comparing the LN52A650 and the LN52A630, the main difference is that the 650 has a more-reflective screen and a higher contrast ratio which produces better blacks, while the LN52A630 has a matte screen with a slightly lower contrast ratio. Check this cnet page for details:

The LN52A750 is essentially the same screen as the 650, but with a few extra interactive features that to most people aren't important. Also, the 750 doesn't have a swiveling stand. See this review for details of the 750 series:

The 850 is very similar to the 750 except that it has a thinner panel, and the 860 is very similar to the 850, having a different bezel color and an extra USB port.

I hope that helps. Personally I think the 650 is the way to go.

I think another distinction from the 650 to 750 is the 750 has a little subwoofer in it...
