Family Vacation help!

Hi all, looking for ideas for a fun family vacation. We live on the east coast, and I figured if i'm willing to spend $1200 for a condo at the beach for a week, we might as well do something a little more fun. I will be traveling with 2 children, one of which will be 10 months old at the time the other is a 9yo. Date 8/15-8/22, and trying to keep hotel/air under 2k for 4. TIA!!

costa rica perhaps with all the bed & breakfast options they have....

or the ireland deal on a separate thread on hot deals u can check out perhaps..that was like 699 + taxes all inclusive or something for ireland , many cities....

with a budget like 2k, u should possibly choose an international destination, just my 0.02
