I know this is considered rep abuse, and I've been trying to search on what to do, but I haven't been able to find a definitive answer.

Someone repped me with the comment "rep me back". I don't know who this is. Do I notify someone? Do I do anything? Or is this normal?

Thank you for your notification and I have dealt with the individual and no this isn't normal.
