At any US Post Office get a "Movers Guide : Official Change Of Address Kit" & there is a 10% of coupon for Lowes (purchases up to $5,000 or up to $500 discount per order).

I have bought many of these coupons on ebay before for $2-$5 EACH!

They are valid through June 30, 2009

Also, Home Depot has matched these in the past & may allow you to use them now also.

I've found these at the slow moving USPS. The PO's in the larger cities seem to have the packs with the coupons actually in them.

So, this is nice to have 10% off at Lowe's and Home Depot, through part of the summer!

I did find one in the pack at my local PO. Anytime I go in, I will usually pick one up. They sure have gotten fewer and fewer coupons in the last few packs.

When Lowe's price matches to competitors, they give you an additional 10% off of the new price, so you don't need the coupon. You can't use the coupon for another 10% off - the coupons will only give you 10% off of items that have not already been discounted at the register. (For clearance items, the coupons will work if the price has been updated in their system, but if they've just written a new price on it that requires the cashier to override it, the coupons won't discount it further.)
