24 hour fitness offers a great deal for all high school athletes. They are giving a free membership for all those participating in a sponsored high school sport a free membership throughout the entire school year (Sept 15-May 31) from 2:30 PM until 4:30 PM everyday.

You will need fill out a form that takes less than 15 seconds with things such as name and e-mail, and then they'll send you your card in the mail in a few weeks

I'm sure if you're in by 4 they won't kick you out if you stay a little past 4:30.

Also, found out today that weekend times are from 1 PM until 5PM, so you get a little extra flexibility to get in there and get your workout done!

This really helps the high school athletes keep their body in check, because most of the injuries occur because of overuse of specific muscles due to the sport they're dedicating themselves to.

Just did it myself and they informed me that the only way they could input the deal into their system involved allowing a year long membership.

In other words, instead of only lasting until May 31st, they input it until February 13th, 2010. YMMV on that part though.
