The Lutheran Hour Booklets are very nice and they do not hassle you or send you unwanted donation requests.

I have been told by women who have sons in prison that their sons appreciate these booklets very much. (I volunteer locally in a prison ministry) Thanks OP. Thumbs UP.

Lutheran Hour Ministries is a publication whose beliefs coincide with the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod AND the Lutheran Church of Canada. These booklets don't necessarily coincide with some of the views of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, the larger Synod in America-- a somewhat more liberal branch.

Just thought I'd add that information in for those who are members of different Synods looking for Lutheran literature.
