Trying to find something cheap. Like under 30$. Doesn't have to be huge obviously.

its hard to do since, even under 150 GB's are nearly $60, funny thing is alot of those costs are fixed (enclosure, materials, etc..) thats why you see 250 GB's and 1TB's almost being the same price.
Do a search on Microcenter or Fry's I could swear I came across a $250 for $50, but $30 might be cutting it very very close.
