They have been having a lot of technical problems since they redesigned the website. You can send email to the tech team and let them know about it. Also, it requires you to input your email address and password 2 times: 1 to login to Pampers Village and 1 to access your GTG account. I need to reset my password to get it thru, maybe you can try by clicking forget password. I like the old version better, simple and user-friendly.

It's 12 months, but a BIG 12 months. DS is 16m, small for his age, about 24 pounds. He wears large 12m and small 18m. This fits easily, with room to grow. Signed up for mine the day this was posted and got it Tuesday.
