We need a modular sectional for our basement. There's a hard-right turn at the stairs, so it's difficult to get bigger sofas. Must be plush and fairly contemporary.
Crate & Barrel, Room & Board, Walter E. Smith - all nice stuff and our style, but over our budget for a basement sofa.
Where should we look? In Chicago, BTW...

I have the TYLÖSAND (http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S39819293) sofa & chaise and love it. It's easy to assemble and you pick what color covers you want.
