Hey guys,
I have followed this forum for a while now, but this is my first post so be easy on me :O
I am looking for a home theater projector for my in-home theater I am building. I need to find a good deal on a projector, as I am not gonna have a ton of dough left after transforming my formal dining room.
I am looking for something that does at least 720p and has an HDMI input. I would prefer something that is at least 5000:1 contrast ratio and is bright (at least 1200 ANSI). I think after researching I would prefer an LCD projector over DLP. I already have a screen, but would need a ceiling mount.
I am looking for something around $1000 bucks, but am turning to SDs for help finding something even lower than that. I don't mind buying refurbished/used as long as the bulb is new.
Hope that is enough information. If you guys know of anything out there, please send me in that direction. :)
