Thread rating

What is a thread rating?
More importantly is there any way to stop "refurbished" deal alerts from coming through to my email for the items I have in the "keyword" slots?:confused:

Thread rating are the thumbs up ( or down ) a post has. You can set up your deal alerts for 1/2 thumb, 1 thumb, 2 thumbs, 3, 4, 5 or front page deal. Stopping refurbished....... try adding new to your deal alert but some people may not put "new" in title.

Tack on "-refurbish -refurbished -refurb -used" to your deal alerts keywords without the quotes to exclude refurb deals.
