where can you pizza sausage by the bag?

I am trying to start a pizza business in a little shopping center that I own. I found my grandmothers pizza dough recipe and its whoops the crap outta poppa johns and dominos. I have an empty store (only 400 sq feet) that I might put a pizza place in but i need to test out some toppings and styles. I am thinking of having a pizza party this weekend but I need to find someplace to get the little rat poop looking sausage so Im not just serving pepperoni, chicken and veggie pizzas. Again I am just doing a trial run at the house for a handful of friends to get ideas and stuff. I have had a place vacant for a few months now and think I should just open up a pizza place and charge myself rent. The thing is I have never opened up a restaurant before and dont want to go all out buying equipment and stuff before I get a menu nailed down.

That rat poop sausage is kind of nasty. I like the new natural sausage stuff that pizza hut has for an option. Its sliced like pepperoni and tastes so much better than the rat poop sausage.

My suggestion would be let your fingers do the walking with the yellow pages.
A restaurant supply place should be relatively easy to find.
