I am trying to start a pizza business in a little shopping center that I own. I found my grandmothers pizza dough recipe and its whoops the crap outta poppa johns and dominos. I have an empty store (only 400 sq feet) that I might put a pizza place in but i need to test out some toppings and styles. I am thinking of having a pizza party this weekend but I need to find someplace to get the little rat poop looking sausage so Im not just serving pepperoni, chicken and veggie pizzas. Again I am just doing a trial run at the house for a handful of friends to get ideas and stuff. I have had a place vacant for a few months now and think I should just open up a pizza place and charge myself rent. The thing is I have never opened up a restaurant before and dont want to go all out buying equipment and stuff before I get a menu nailed down.
