I don't think you will find a new running treadmill that will hold up for less than $1,000.00
check out treadmilldoctor.com spend more (999) for the NordicTrack Commercial ZS at costco or Big lots has one for around 1200, the Nautilus Sport Series T516 LE-X Treadmill. Otherwise find a reliable used one from Craigs list.
