I am hoping someone might be able to tell me if there is a way to get Sprint Premier (which we have been offered by Sprint) which would be a 17% discount.
We are currently receiving a 20% discount via an employee discount.
They are saying that we would loose the 20%, and for being such a loyal customer would be given a 17% discount.
I want a 37% discount
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Your looking to do one of the hardest things you could possibly ask Sprint to do as they really do not like to stack discounts. I would say the only way you are going to get them to stack the discounts for you is to get transfered to cancellations and of course the first thing they are going to ask you is "are we in danger of losing your business today?" and if you dont answer yes you wont get what you are asking for. Tell them yes, there is always the chance they may upset you to that point and no matter what the issue is they will always try to keep you some how so give it a try as you will have the chance to change your mind before you hang up with them. You have to remember that they hear this all day long and if you dont sound convincing you probably couldn't get them to change your number for you let along anything else. If the conversation isn't going your way hang up like you got disconnected and try again with a different rep. Worst case is they will offer you something to keep you because that simply is their job, maybe you will get a couple hundred extra minutes added to you account or some type of bonus so give it a try, think about what you would like to have added to your account before you call if they wont stack your discounts for you. This way they feel like they did their job and it gives you an out from cancelling your account with them.

If you dont want to talk to them over the phone you can always use the e-chat option through their web site or send them and e-mail through ecare. Use this method if your not comfortable telling them you want to cancel by phone. I've been thinking about threatening to cancel to get one of their airave units for free but haven't had the time to do so lately, thats also something to consider is you will have to have plenty of time if you use the chat option so they will have enough time to read their script and copy and paste their answers for you. Good Luck with them and let us know how you make out!

Thanks MrTator.
I have already called 4 or 5 times in the past 2 weeks, as our son broke his phone (no insurance), and they did say they would upgrade him now i/o may 1st. I am afraid they will cancel me if I complain any more, chat may be an option even though they usually say they can "request" it.
