Are we allowed to trade video games on SD?

Title says it.... I was thinking about starting a thread which allows members to exchange games with each other.

As economy gets worse, not many of us can afford a $60 game, it would be a good idea to trade games if SD policy allows to.

Just thought I better ask here first :D

There is a thread in freebies in which things you can trade. I see many people trading physical things but keep in mind the value need to be $5 but there are many used games with a value of $5.
