I am finally planning to leave comcast and switch to Verizon FIOS. I am interested in the $79.99 FIOS flex combo of internet and TV. Could anyone with an existing combo deal please tell me what the FIOS bill looks like?
I can imagine the bill to have one of the following structures:

1. They just show the total price of the two services ($79.99) without itemizing anything.

2. They first mention the full price ($57.99) of the individual services and then subtract the combo discount ($35.99) to bring the price down to $79.99.

3. They mention the full price of each service and then mention the itemized discount for that service and calculate sub-total for each service. Like internet is $57.99, its portion of the discount is $15 and net price is $42.99 etc.

4. They just mention the discounted price for each service individually and then add to bring total to $79.99 w/o going into details of individual discount.

I get reimbursed for high speed internet from my office, but need to submit the bills. So I need to know what the bill is going to look like before I commit for 12 months.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!!
