Looking for Vegas hotel deal for tomorrow and Thursday nights

Hi,

My wife and two of her girlfriends are on vacation and decided to go to Vegas tomorrow, but they don't have anything booked yet. What is the best deal they can get on the strip, preferably 4 star?

I've heard the Sahara (2 star) is doing rooms for around $28-56 a night... :) and it's on the strip. My parents have stayed there for 15 years (hard to break old habits) and they are ok with it!

if they don't mind being a little bit in the dark before buying it:

hotwire has the 5 star hotel for 265 for 2 nights (18-20 March) including taxes. This can be either Venetian or Wynn, both excellent ones from what I heard ( I did not stay there, I will stay next month at Venetian). There is no way it can be other hotels....well ...maybe Bellagio... highly unlikely... but I don't think they will be dissapointed :)
