Any good refinancing options?
Quicken loans? Lending tree? Local bank? etc.
Ideally I'd like to switch to a 15yr loan with 4.5% or lower... with very low closing costs/no points.
There are lots of websites.. but they all seem so untrustworthy with your SSN! Has anyone had a good experience with a reputable bank?
