Cheap HDMI with Audio Video Card?

I bought a cheap slimline 530S pc from Dell for $299 but it only has vga out. I want to hook it up to my HDTV so need a video card that has HDMI out with audio so I don't need to run an extra audio cable. What's the cheapest card that can play 1080p output? I saw I can get a Nvidia 9400 for $80 from newegg but it seems like a waste since I'm not playing 3d games. I just want it to be a media center pc. thanks for any suggestions.

i put a Asus EAH3450 in my HTPC. It runs a little hot but it also does not have a fan. Works for me :)

I've been reading about the Sparkle 9600gt and the MSI r4650 and the MSI R4670. The r4600 series is confusing me because some say they have native hdmi and others say you need a dvi to hdmi adapter. Any suggestions? I need a low price video card.
