Have you checked target clearance section? Are you looking for wired or wireless? They have some wired mini controllers that work for both PS2 & PS3. Each store has them marked down for different prices, but i have seen them for 1/2 off.

Amazon has the DualShock 3 for $42.99, brand new, FS and depending where you live no taxes. I pretty much buy all my videogames and accessories from there. The only downside is the shipping is a bit slow.
