Are there any desktop Deals anymore?

I feel like there used to be a sweet desktop deal almost every other day on slickdeals. Now, it's either laptops or "build your own computer"


I am looking to spend around 500 or less, maybe a bit more for a computer that I will use for office tasks, streaming tv shows, I might try to make it into a dvr, etc. I wont be doing any gaming.

I currently have a 13" monitor, so if it had a 19 or 20, that would be awesome.

Awesome, I dont know why i couldn't find something like this. Do you suggest the analog or ultrasharp monitor?

I'm bumping this one to see if anyone else has ideas. I'm with the OP... there used to be killer deals for desktops every day on SD.
