I think we need a poll!

VOTE now.. What country are you from?

Mods.. Maybe we can get this (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?p=1491248&posted=1#post1491248) thread stickied??

Others have mentioned this situation here (http://forums.slickdeals.net/t123466.html?)

What is the benefit from having this information that would justify making the poll sticky?

I would assume that the site owner has stats that identify hits by country of origin, and that data would be more meaningful that a poll.

Im sure the site owner has the stats BUT some people insist on posting free offers for people from the UK ( or other countries) on the forum.

This not only clutters the board but is a waste of space since we, more than likely, dont have any members who will benefit from a UK-only post.

It was mentioned in another 'suggestion' link and then someone posted a thread on the freebie forum where only out of country posts could be posted.

http://forums.slickdeals.net/t123466.html?

I think its a good idea and think it should be stickied.

The reason for the Poll? Just a poll.. I didnt want it stickied.

This a bit of a silly thread but I live in the US but am from the UK so could tell most of my familly in the UK about deals oh and if we had italian deals then i could tell my italian relatives about those.

How am i supposed to vote on that poll.

If you want to get rid of the clutter try deleting all those retarded freebies for business only or samples that are essentially useless to anyone not interested in buying the product like those stupid rose petals or that free 20 min video on prefab housing. I am really going to sit there with my one rose petal and watch that video with my whole familly. sounds like a nice cheap night of fun.

She certainly has! Jen is just very good at making sure the best offers get to Slick Deals quickly and we love her for it. It saves us from having to scan all over for them. I mostly look for magazines offers when I waste my time looking around the net so it's very nice to know that jen is covering everything else.
