Why?
Because some idiots keep rating certain decent offers with thumbs down...I mean GOOD offers for really 100% free consumer magazines.
Then there are the dweebs who feel it necessary t rate every Trade Pub sub that jaxxxchic posts negative. I'll admit, I am not overly fond of seeing posts for each and every Trade Magazine sub offer, especially the silly ones, but there may well be someone who wouldn't have noticed had it not been posted.
I understand ratings for freebie offers, but since so few noobs really grasp the Mag Sub Scene, I don't feel they can be trusted to rate an offer they simply don't grasp or want.
