Laptop between $250 to $400

I'm trying to look for a 13" to 15" laptop for school, wifi, word processing and watching movies on the plane for about $250 to $400. I'm an Apple guy so I'm not really sure about a good deal on a PC laptop. Thanks!

Not a lot of choices right now in between the back to school sales.
Yes they do pop up every few week. Like last 2 weeks have been nice with Ideapads & HP's.
