I've been customer with Bank of America for years. Paid my credit card in full monthly. my limit was 20K and they reduced it to 10K. I called why they decreased my credit limit to 10 K. They then asked me for my income. Right now I'm not working. I used to work so I had some savings to pay for my credit card. They now reduced my credit limit to 2 K. WTF ?? :mad:
24K credit limit to 10K to 2 K by calling in ? I never thought they would do this to a long time customer.
