Yay thank you! :grin: I'm trying to get back into tiptop shape and this mag would be great! More than a few years ago tho I remember this mag being very male-fitness orientated, and in fact later a Women's Muscle & Fitness was introduced. I'm hoping this mag has changed gears some and focuses on both male and female fitness.
