It's just like the others...first letter of the city I was born in, or my parent's first/middle name...something that they can point to and say a real person filled it out.

I get this magazine, it is free anyway.
But it is designed for restaurant owners/ managers chefs and food and beverage directors.
If you get benefit from it, which i doubt the average consumer will, great. If not, I hope that
you unsubscribe yourself as i would hate to see the resources wasted.
It isn't a cooking magazine, although it has a few recipes.
Its a way product producers advertise to restaurants. (Meat products, bulk frozen food, liqour...)
Also articles on ways restuarants are marketing their menus and dishes.
About every 8-12 weeks you have to fil out th questionaire again, to prove you are worthy.
