Need a cheap power supply

Hey guys and gals. Just need help finding a power supply under $30 bucks for a old computer. Its not for gaming. Current specs: 512mb ram, Pentium 3, and 128mb video card.
Last thing the reason i need a new one is, because the current one it making alot of noise, so i need one with a quiet fan.
