I think, we should have a separate section for Rebate Forms.

Rebates
Need a rebate form or have problems/questions about a rebate or rebate processing center?

it would also help if there was a section for deals that while not quite slick, are still worthy of consideration. something like "toasty", or "steamin", or "not brisk", these are just a few ideas i came up with all by myself last night...

ok guys... I think what he was trying to say, is a place where we can enter all of our information into an Microsoft access like database that will be stored in out user CP.. only we can see the specifics of our rebate, but some information will be shared.... for instance:
Date submitted: private
name given(incase of mutible rebates requiring diff names: private
Address given: (same reason as above): private
product: public....
when a new rebate is entered, like "maxtor 80 gig hd for $20"or by upc number "xxx-xxx-xxx" the computer will recoganize that that deal was from office depot... it will automatically enter the address where it was mailed to, as well as any phone numbers or addresses to track the rebate. It pulls all of this information of a shared pool of public rebate entries that is constantly updating....this will help people check the status of their rebates better, as well as avoid forgetting about rebates. another option I just thought about is a little box on the bottom that you check when you recieve your rebate... this could be used for automatic stasticits that tell which dealers and merchantes have a good % of rebates come though, the time it takes to get a rebate and such... just a thought... hope I made that clear and understandable..
