I need some help finding some good quality scotch for a gift. It is to send somebody out of state. Any good deals with shipping considered?

I think there are a couple of guys that hang in the lounge that drink scotch. Maybe ask for some suggestions there? As for the shipping - I doubt you will find a good deal, but you can always ask.

Go to a liquor store and talk to the owner. He/she will likely tell you about some amazing brands that are not standard.

DH likes Laphroaig and Balvenie.

I am actually looking for a good "delivered" price... I love scotch but would rather stay away from blends like Johnny Walker.

Thanks.
