View Full Version : Canon XSI Kit + 55-250mm for ~$750 ???

I bought this package a few days ago from B&H for $850 but I found out amazon is selling it for $750. I am still within my price match window, but I don't think B&H will match amazon. Anyone seen this price anywhere else they might possibly match? It would REALLY help me out.

The $750 price is just the spring rebate price - if you purchased within the last ~week or so, after the rebates took effect, then you can try calling them and asking them to honor Canon's rebate. If they inflated the XSi price before hand though, not much you can do.
Try looking at Adorama, Cameta, and Abes.

Actually according to the Canon rebate, $850 is the spring rebate price. And I haven't been able to find $750 anywhere so far except amazon :(

have a link? the only kit on amazon for the 55-200 is from Adorama for $850

Add both the camera and the lens, both MUST Be sold by Amazon.com (rather than any third party) when you get to the final page of checkout (the review page) it should have added in a $200 discount, at least it did for me (bringing the total to around $753)
