What brand? Where? - Sears, WM, HD, LW etc?

I live in a townhome and I need the best ,cheapest , electric one. Where to buy: HD, LW or Sears?

not really a choice on elec ones. i would start with the store with the best returns. they work just not the best.. go for the highest pressure. psi
