At Walmart stores I found a lot $6.00 to $19.00 for a whole gallon. This soy or whey protein and muscle building powder in 3 flavors works and it was recently published in Women's World magazine in a diet promise to lose 10 pounds in 3 days on their diet. You make shakes with it with water and eat their fresh veggies, fruits and lean meat diet for 3 days. You might want a diet pill natural suppressant I found these too add this for cheap at Walmart. Its also $13.00 for a gallon of powder a major savings

sorry but you have to mix these yourself. Walgreen used to sell a generic brand of slim fast not anymore the powder . Equate at Walmart is $1.00 less :lmao:

Try your local Walgreen or their onsite---either for their generic Shake drinks in cans or the powder. I keep a supply of the cans in the fridge if my throat won't permit solid foods

Soy mixes are not good for females..
Slimfast doesnt mix well unless you have a mixer
